The Knightingales are one of the UK's most renowned 3 part harmony trios who have spent the last 5 years touring around the countries biggest and best Vintage festivals and events. Three perfect pin-ups with velvety harmonies, authentic choreography and captivating chemistry that will leave you 'In The Mood' and ready to 'Boogie Woogie'! Sadly you would of been listening and watching these incredibly talented ladies perform two sets over Eel Festival Weekend! The Jelly Roll Jazz Band were also joining over the the weekend and we were super excited as we had planned (weather permitting) for them to stroll around Palace Green and St Mary's Green entertaining you all ! Their influences include jazz greats such as Benny Goodman, Louis Armstrong, Fats Waller, Jelly Roll Morton and Chris Barber. The eccentric humour of The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band plays a big part in their performance style as well, often lending a slightly surreal edge to proceedings.
